Thinking Tulips

I've been starting to make cards to fundraise for our local Parkinson's Support Group (my hubby has Parkinson's).  Their symbol is a red tulip, so I started there.

Diecut tulips (a couple of different die sets) with a soft grey stencilled background to set them off, a little charcoal satin bow and simple embossed sentiment.  The dots on the tulips are Sakura gel pens and they only show up/sparkle in certain lights so I got lucky there.

Carol... my prayers are with you and your husband. Parkinson's is not easy. So glad you are putting your cardmaking talents to such a good cause. Love the subtle stenciling... and the perfect bow! (I can't do that.) Thanks for sharing this beauty with Just Us Girls.

That's just lovely, I love the lightly stenciled background, just the right color to go with the red tulips. Thanks for sharing with us at the Paper Funday Challenge!
