Shadow Block floral

This was my offering for a recent NZ cardswap which had to use the Shadow Block technique.  The person I was sending to makes the most beautiful floral cards, so I decided she deserved one back.

The watercolour-look paper is from Rosies Studio Indigo Mist pad, gold & green figured papers from a Sizzix pad. Paper cut into 1" squares, assembled with dark green as shadow.  Sentiment is gold embossed with a bit of EP splatter & layered with vellum.  Gold pearls and thread/twine.

The sentiment started "It's your day " ... and inside says " to get some real mail".
