Layered lilies inked and attracting a dragonfly!   After cutting the flowers from various oranges, I inked and layered them.  The EF background is also lightly inked.

CAS Toadstool

 

I have been having fun with these dies, using different colourways to get different effects.  This is CAS.  I used colour Infusions powder for the background which is lovely and twinkly and very subtle, the dies are The Greetery with a little Opal Dust frosting.

Pumpkin Tree

I like to play with arrangements.  This one has lots of separate digital elements to make up the scene.  The houses and pumpkins are coloured with Copics, and the bats & spider have Glossy Accents.  The pumpkins are layered x 3 to stand out.

I  made this for a friend of ours who is a retired farmer and a real character.   We usually play cards (500) with him every week, but he has been seriously ill and we miss him a lot.  We know he misses his animals too.  

The card fold is from Beccy's Place, the animal stamps are Woodware.  The speech bubble die is X-Cut, sentiment and letter dies are unknown.  Also cards from a real mini pack, rectangle stitched die.  Other sentiments are either handwritten by me or unknown.

Honey Bee

 

Honey bees love flowers, I love flowers.  I love honey that they make from flowers too.  I combined flowers, honeycomb and a bee for this card.  The small metallic gold hexies are stacked.

I'm enjoying CAS at the moment and this digi paper from Digital Scrapbooking is perfect for a spacey theme.  The silver embossed sentiment is unknown,  the wonky die is unknown, and the circle die is Spellbinders.  Opal Dust added for twinkle.   I like that it looks like a planet.

I made this for our daughter who is going through a rough patch.

The background paper is from a Daphne's Diary magazine and I have just jazzed it up a bit with Stickles here and there.  Aren't these tiny mice playing with false eyelashes so sweet?

Chicken In

 

A bit of stamping, a bit of paper piecing, fussy cutting,  heat embossing, some sparkle (see pic below).  The eyes and beak stamped separately and overlaid.  I like how the corner punch movement echoes the background stamp frame.  The background is watercolour stamping.  Because of the plaid I should have called in checkin' in.

I'm sure this chicken will find lots of goodies in this garden - bawk bawk!  I still miss my chickens.
