Birthday Dragon

Such a cute wee fella, but that breath ...?  to light the candle or blow it out?

For the clouds I used leftover scraps from card I had previously misted.

Firstly I printed the image onto patterned paper, cut it out and put in shadows with Copics.  I also added shine to their eyes with a pigment pen.  I chose the background papers for sea/sky look.  Then added some torn paper layers to mimic water, a few clouds, DI edging and a sentiment I made on the computer.
