Background, paint, snowflakes and sentiment:  Pixel Scrapper
Scored border.

This design had a wee accident in the making but ended up making a more interesting card.  I cut the background narrower than it was supposed to be, so added the scored lines to the base card and let the cat sprawl out over it.  I was going to raise the cat on 3D foam but decided to make it flat for easier posting.

The diecuts have edges inked.  The image is paper-pieced - the mouse is stamped three times: once onto the Decosse snow paper, once on grey card (and coloured with Copics), and the scarf is stamped on a scrap of patterned paper.   The tree is layered with dark blue and fixed with 3D foam.
